Such a nice experience. The space was clean and relaxing. I really enjoyed the pod because I could have my face out in cool air while getting all the benefits of the sauna!

Shorter than expected (timer started before we had gotten into the sauna) so by the time we had gotten ready the timer was at a little under 40 mins when allocated slot was 45. Apart from that, everything was wonderful and staff really lovely

When you enter the shop you go into a calm warm space with friendly staff. The pod is new and inviting. It’s an enjoyable experience I will experience regularly.

I have been attending for years. I always feel lighter after a session. The Infra Red Sauna is also good.

It was my first time, I was made to feel relaxed and comfortable, the surgery was clean and the after treatment chat was open and informative, booked my next session and looking forward to change my eating habits DA

Highly Recommend clean safe environment, very professional. Really good advice & most of all made me feel very comfortable considering being the first time for this type of treatment. 5* plus all day long

It helped my system to get moving which was exactly what I needed!!!!

Fabulous experience, great facility and great service. The infrared saunas are excellent. I found the zen-like environment conducive to switching-off for 30 minutes, which added another dimension to the heat. This is an evidence based biohack that everyone should try.

This was an incredibly relaxing yet subtly energising session in the sauna pod. My backache has disappeared. I will definitely return for more.

Very nice experience. The sweatlounge is very clean and staff friendly. The pod was clean with nice relaxing music in the background. The infrared made me sweat a lot, however I was offered water and a wet towel. I didn't expect to sweat that much but it's good. I'll definitely go back and recommend it.

The SweatLounge infrared treatment was very good. The site was clean and the staff friendly and the pricing feasible. The owner was there and also very welcoming. The treatment itself was very easy and comfortable. I was able to put my things in easy reach (glasses, phone, earphones). I will certainly return for more treatments in the future!

Really great experience. Totally different to the normal sauna with hot stones, you can breathe easy, no scalding air, and yet…sweating profusely…felt really good for hours afterwards.
