Jessica was very friendly and the massage is the most relaxing massage I’ve ever had. The cupping was a lovely new experience and the pressure was great. The techniques and strokes used were really beneficial to my areas of concerns. Thanks for a lovely massage.

Mum and I had a Recovery Lounge session on Sunday afternoon and what a fabulously invigorating experience it was. Firstly, it was easy to book online and plenty of free parking on arrival. Secondly, we had a warm welcome and brilliant guidance throughout that added to the fun we had. It included full spectrum sauna, cold plunge pool, red light therapy and pressotherapy. We were even given a rehydration drink. To cap it off we completed the Flame&Chill challenge with our full immersion in the 8 degree cold tub and got our photo on the wall of fame!! We highly recommend the wellness lounge.

Amazing set up with friendly and knowledgable staff supporting you. I experienced the recovery lounge with contrast therapy (hot and cold), red light therapy and pressotherapy. The guys were super friendly and let me try the oxygen therapy experience as well. Highly recommend experiencing what Cardiff Wellness lounges have to offer, a fantastic and affordable facility to meet your recovery goals or support with your training goals. I'll most definitely be returning.

Only an hour drive away from Llanelli I find myself at The Wellness Lounge Cardiff. I park up in a free space and I'm greeted by the Boss. Im booked in for a massage with Paul and then I have time in the hot/cold therapy room as well as being given the opportunity to test out the IPC boots and some oxygen therapy. I had a ball! The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I've woken up feeling like a new woman! Highly reccomend, 10 million stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I’ve had many massages over the years, but this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Holly was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. Every movement was purposeful, and the tension I carried melted away almost instantly. The facial massage left my skin glowing, and I felt totally rejuvenated by the end. It was truly a transformative experience, and I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and refreshed. Holly is an absolute gawjus human being who is so kind and caring with her approach to all of her treatments. First time today getting the lymphatic facial and it did not disappoint - 30mins of pure relaxation and zen time! If you’ve not tried this treatment I highly recommend it, I’ll defo be going for the full hour next time! 💕
