Wonderful therapy as always today. Had an adaption to my usual routine with a facial massage at the end using Gua Sha. Never been a fan of facials or massage in that area as they’ve all been a bit meh, but this has converted me. Completely different to anything before and I’m definitely glad I’ve booked in for a full facial soon. Cupping and massage as alway was excellent, just don’t know how I’m going to survive 23 days until my next 😭

Amazing 😍 I tried cupping for the first time and Cathy was lovely at explaining it and asking if I was nervous about anything, as I'd previously mentioned I can get quite anxious about things, especially when they're new. Cathy talked me through it and checked I was okay after a couple of cups were placed. I will definitely be booking cupping again 😍

Cathy, was very friendly and welcoming and did an amazing bespoke massage using hot stones, deep tissue and cupping. Worked on my aches and pains round my shoulders and still made the rest of the treatment relaxing was nice and toasty. Hate being cold when having a massage and have re booked!

Always so amazing! Cathy is wonderful! I love that each time I go it is slightly different, and suited to my needs that week, eg back/neck etc, depending on where feels sore/painful.

Absolute bliss! Cupping was not was I was expecting, completely pain free and feels amazing after. Cathy is lovely and makes everything very comfortable, will 100% be returning.

I had an amazing massage with Cathy. She really ironed out my knots and I felt relaxed and a lot less stiff in my back and neck. I also tried cupping for the first time which I enjoyed the feeling of. I felt very refreshed. I have already booked my next appointment!

Cathy was lovely. Very welcoming & gentle natured. The room was cosy & warm with calming music & my treatment was really good- including a gua sha facial, massage, crystals & reflexology- bliss! .
