From the post booking call through to the massage itself Rico was amazing. So kind and thoughtful. I booked in at the MMA gym (which isn’t for everyone, but I gym here and love it). I had knee replacement surgery a year ago, Rico had done his homework and managed to work out my kinks and also gave me some stretching homework to do before the next appointment (of which I’m sure there will be many!). Brilliant, thank you so much Rico!

Rico is brilliant. He takes his time to understand any problems you may have and talks you through the recommendations he has. He makes you feel very comfortable and is chatty throughout. Rico will also take time to explain what he is doing and why he is doing it and gives tips on stretches to do at home.

I’ve recently been working with Rico on some pre massage stretching exercises etc so as to enhance the actual massage therapy. It’s really working well and I’m very pleased with the results. Rico paid me a home visit and made me feel relaxed. He was able to identify the areas which needed treatment and performed a sports massage, cupping and helped me stretch the affected areas. Afterwards my back, neck and shoulder felt much better. Thank you for the visit rico
