Another great massage done by Maria! I had a massive neck & back pain and she’s managed to deal with all that! Such a relief! She’s so knowledgeable and very professional. The treatment was finished with 2by4 trauma release and mobility therapy to the back arms and neck by both therapists Maria and Shahana, it felt amazing 🤩 I’ve been going to Holistic Rising more often now, highly recommended! They have a very good discount for new customers now, a fantastic value for money. Thank you so much ladies 🙏 I’ll be back soon xxx

First time ever I decided to go go Hajamma. My brother in law recommended Bilal at Therapy Clinic Ilford. Bilal administered Hajamma. I found Bilal very knowledgeable in his field of physiotharapy. He was very kind and attentive. I commend Bilal highly. Will definitely visit in a months time.

Maria is a highly skilled, highly intuitive massage therapist with a kind, warm and friendly manner, who delivers deep tissue massages which managed to resolve physiological issues I had been dealing with for months. She has a gift for understanding what her clients need, and I cannot recommend her enough. I also recently experienced the ‘2 by 4’ massage, which combined two complementary treatments delivered at same time by two therapists. It was an extraordinary massage, reiki and energy healing in tandem with acupuncture and gentle physiotherapy - I highly recommend this to everyone!!

I received an excellent Hijama treatment from Shahana fatimah . I suffered from back and neck shoulder pain. She has a very calm nature, and provides an excellent and professional service. I am very happy with the treatment I have received and i recommend to anyone who wants massage or cupping.

First time I had a massage after 1-2 years (was very much needed) and this was my first time with this lovely lady. The aromatherapy massage was SO relaxing and she made me feel like I have been here several times already; very friendly, polite and professional. I’m always tense/anxious without realising and she understood this and worked with me, I actually nodded off for a little bit, which is very rare for me!😅 Lovely experience, definitely recommend and will be back.
