Shock Wave Therapy has been a big success for me. I’m pain free after suffering with sacro and disc pain for nearly 12 months. I’m not taking medications anymore and I would definitely recommend it if nothing else is working for you.

Sara is amazing and knowledgeable and skilled expert in massage therapy. This was my third time with her doing deep, sports, and lymphatic therapies. I learn so much about my body each time, my body aches always feel better, and she gives wonderful aftercare instructions. I would return for sure and highly recommend.

Bethan is a brilliant, very professional osteopath. I was suffering shoulder and arm pain for some months and sessions with Bethan relieved this from the word go with some wonderful massage therapy and exercises.
