I had a Japanese Head massage today for the first time, it was really relaxing. Kelly was very professional and put me at ease from the get go. The massage was just what I needed., relaxing and therapeutic. The room, the bed, ambience were all conducive to making one feel pampered and indulged. I will definitely be going again! Thanks Kelly! Had my 2nd Japanese spa treatment with Kelly today. All I can say is WOW! As a person with Afro hair that is delicate and easily tangled, Kelly would be the most gentle and skilled person that has ever handled my hair. I am really pleased to have discovered and visit this salon, despite my 1.5hour travel from outside London albeit well worth it! With their professionalism and impeccable service, I’d consider the salon a hidden gem on the High Street. I’m definitely going to book my third visit shortly.
