Came for 1st appt for Genesis facial. Sophia was so welcoming and immediately put me at ease. She explained fully the process & checked throughout the appointment that the laser wasn’t too hot. She also advised me on suggested facial regime and a Facebook page to follow for advice

Have had laser hair removal with most of the ladies and strongly recommend Rosella and Hayley. I changed my treatments to Rosella and she makes sure to talk you through the whole process and makes you feel very comfortable. They are both very attentive to any concerns and make sure to adapt your treatment to reflect this. ⭐️

Had my 2nd laser hair removal appointment recently with Hayley and I am so so pleased. I have dark, quite thick hair and I wasn’t sure if it would make much of a difference to start. But I could see a huge difference after just the first session! Absolutely amazing and life changing for me. Having to not shave daily/every other day is a relief! Not to mention how absolutely lovely Hayley is. Such a lovely lady and I feel so comfortable each time I go. Which certainly helps when having something like this on various areas! So pleased I chose to come here! Thank you Hayley ☺️

It's always a great experience when visiting the clinic. Ellie is brilliant and has been with me since my journey began with laser. Despite the laser being uncomfortable (as you would expect) I love coming to my appointments every few months for my face and armpits for a catch up too!

This was my first experience of laser hair removal, I was quite nervous about the whole thing! However, Lara was the perfect balance of professional and friendly during the appointment, making sure I understood what to expect, explaining pre/ post care and ensuring I felt comfortable and safe throughout.
