Such an amazing experience. The owner personally guided me throughout my entire massage on the roller! She is so lovely and kind, and made me feel super comfortable throughout the process. She is incredibly knowledgeable and explained things to me in an informative and digestible way that made me understand the process and its benefits. Would highly recommend!!

The ladies at embod are just the best! They definitely have the expertise and passion to make your experience the best. I love coming in for a full body lymphatic roll and LED rejuvenation. The space is also very luxe and clean.

Always have the best time at Embod. Such a great atmosphere. The vibes. The community. My favourite parts to work on the rollers are my back, shoulders, sides and arms. Literally loosens up tightness after working at a desk all day. Also, anytime Im bloated or having digestive issues - I know Embod is where I need to be! Love this space :)

Exceptional massage and facial.

Oh my goodness!!!!!!! I have NEVER had a massage as good as this in Australia. The only massage that even comes close was in London at an expensive hotel and I had to fork out 7 x more in $. Fiona is an incredible healer. Highly recommend!!!!!
