A truly incredible experience! From the moment I stepped in I was greeted with warmth and given thorough recommendations for my choice of treatment. The bath house is small but has everything you need with just the right amount of natural light. I enjoyed the complete quiet - the only thing you could hear were the jets in the magnesium pool. The massage and facial were stunning. Mandy was attentive and it was a really inspiring for a budding massage therapy. It was the best way to spend my last day in Melbourne. Left feeling calm and invigorated for the day ahead.

Amazing lymphatic drainage massage - visited after a 22h flight to drain plane lurgy and toxins out my system and was so relaxed I fell asleep during the treatment! Slept amazing and noticed I was going to the toilet a lot more, so definitely did the trick in terms of flushing out bad stuff! Felt very safe and comfortable, would totally recommend Shape House ❤️

Since it had been too long since my last massage, I went in for a two hour session of remedial massage. That turned to be a good decision, as there was obviously a lot of catching up to do. My therapist was very thorough and skilled, finding all the problem areas and working on them until they were released. I made sure to hydrate well afterwards, as – from prior experience – a good massage releases a lot of toxins which are trapped due to tight muscles. The service is always good. Steph always explains in detail and does the facial gently. Parnian, the message therapist does what was requested - medium pressure massage. However, I’d like to suggest maybe the customer can choose the type of massage oil to be used. This would add a nice touch. Overall, always a good experience at Mandala.

An update to earlier posts. I am continuing with the Lymphatic Drainage massage. The results are fantastic and legs feel a lot better and nominal tightness exists. Cheers....
