I had postal natal massage and pinda sweda/ kizhi/ steam at Ayur Health and was done by Dr Minu. She did so well and I recommend her to others as well. In addition one session with Dr Anu. Both are great experts. Thanks for the great session

Hi Ayur, Minu was very good and so was the marma massage! I would've rated the experience Great, if I was wiped down after the treatment. The other Ayurveda massage place I attended wiped me down with hot wet towels which assured my clothes didn't get oil on them 😉 Something to consider!!

The masseur I had for me remedial massage therapy was excellent John Grover has over the last year really helped to improve my flexibility which is helping my body to relax and stop being so rigid.

I had an appointment at Ayur for an hour of remedial massage. I’m happy with my outcome as my body feels more relaxed and my muscles move with greater fluidity . I can highly recommend Ayur.

Went to Ayur Healthcare for a full body massage and it was worth the 45 minute drive. Chand was my therapist and she was amazing. She made sure I was ok and comfortable all the way through the session. Finished the massage with a steam bath and I felt so refreshed and relaxed. Thank you Chand and Ayur Healthcare!
