I had a 60 minute deep tissue massage with Elise. She is a lovely lady, and she has hands of iron! I opted for firm/hard pressure due to an accumulation of knots and discomfort in my upper back, neck and shoulders. I also didn’t realise I had a lot of tension in my lower back which she worked on. I feel so much better! The room was very convenient at The Green Tree, and it was peaceful and calming. I will definitely book with Elise again 😊

Another excellent visit to the Bothy. Lymphatic drainage massage was new to me, not a relaxing treatment but definitely results driven. Amelia went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. Next one already booked!

Had the Winter Spa ritual with Holly which consisted of a back, neck and shoulder massage, facial and Indian head massage. Was the best massage I’ve ever had. Holly is friendly and really listens to what you want. I would highly recommend and looking forward to another massage in the New Year.

I had a great experience with Megan (Lymphatic Drainage Massage) at The Bothy today. It was my first experience of this type of massage and Megan was very knowledgeable and put me a ease very quickly. It was a pleasant experience too with good results! Undoubtedly I will be back for further treatments in future 🤗

Just had the lymphatic drainage massage from Megan. It was completely different to the de-stress/relaxing massage I usually enjoy. I was looking for something symbolic of clearing out the December toxins and it felt just the job. Megan put me at ease immediately - she is friendly and professional. Overall a lovely experience to start a new year. Thank you
