Another excellent visit to the Bothy. Lymphatic drainage massage was new to me, not a relaxing treatment but definitely results driven. Amelia went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. Next one already booked!

This is not a typical treatment I would normally go for because I didn’t appreciate what it could do for me. However having now experienced i have to say how lifted I feel body and soul! I genuinely feel this massage has sculpted around my lower back and hips. Something I welcome! It had a cooling effect which meant that the second part of the treatment which involved the body wrap and sauna blanket was just the right temperature for my menopausal body. The detox algae has left my skin feeling so soft. Overall I feel more toned, relaxed and my general well-being lifted!! Thank you Holly!

I had a really relaxing Japaneze Head Spa treatment by Evie, for the first time. It was an amazing sensory experience with sounds of water and soft music, smells of the different products and the feel of the different massages on the face, neck and scalp. Just had the lymphatic drainage massage from Megan. It was completely different to the de-stress/relaxing massage I usually enjoy. I was looking for something symbolic of clearing out the December toxins and it felt just the job. Megan put me at ease immediately - she is friendly and professional.
