Alex is fantastic! After 6 months of skin trouble, many products and fruitless dermatologist appointments, I was skeptical that anyone could help. Alex impressed me immediately with his knowledge and advice, and even discouraged me from booking treatment with him until my skin was balanced again (unlike some of the other derms I visited…). He was quite thorough and patient with all of my questions. My skin is now back on track and set to be better than ever with his help. Can’t wait to sort my schedule so I can book my facial!

Carolina is the best facialist hands down. I’ve been going to her for around 8 years now and she is brilliant!! I have a peel, caci and a heat treatment to stimulate collagen. I feel so much better after seeing her and people always notice my glow! Highly recommended.

I had an amazing experience. Everyone was incredibly friendly. I booked an aromatherapy massage and a facial and since entering the Spa until leaving everyone was absolutely fantastic! Kirri was lovely and made sure I was comfortable and felt pampered when I arrived for my facial. She is knowledgeable and talked me through the steps but made sure to end with some deep relaxation which was amazing. I highly recommend her, specially for some bespoke treatments.

Alexa was very professional and diligent at making sure I had the best facial that was required given its been over a year since I last had a facial so the blackheads were very prolific and stubborn. My face looks very clean and hydrated. I will definitely come back in 6-8 weeks time so that she can continue with sorting out my tired old face!
