Jintana was great - charming, warm smile, respectful and a job well done. She is very agile and flexible with impressive balance which enhanced the quality of the massage. However I've a few suggestions re the actual place. What email is best for feedback?

I have visiting thy spa for a while now, its really nice place to release all tour tension. People with the lower back pain must visit have a nice massage with any of the therapists, all of them are well experienced. I personally recommend to have a visit there.

Really pleasant experience all around, spa staff were very friendly and accommodating to ensure a female therapist was available despite my error of not noting this on my booking. Massage was definitely among the best I’ve had, incredibly relaxing and energising. (Thai oil combo massage). You can tell the therapists are very passionate about what they do, and really put their everything into creating an experience within the service. Would definitely come back if we are local again.

I had such a deep, relaxing foot massage here. I was welcomed by lovely staff. The changing rooms had secure lockers and the option to shower. The massage room was warm and ambient. The bed was very comfortable. The massage was clearly being given by a very skilled masseuse. At the end I was given a head massage with stretches for my neck. On leaving I was handed a ginger tea to take with me. I floated home. It was exactly what I needed and I’ll come back here for all my massages in the future.

Magical. Best ever! Masseuse Mam and the receptionists both highly competent and extremely personable. So nuanced rather than one size fits all approach. Post massage tea and biscuits amazing - even better if customers are encouraged to sit somewhere to enjoy it but fantastic it's on offer. Place looks and smells totally clean. Both the receptionists and masseuses are shoe free and i think this sets a high standard from the start and you are treated as royalty and listened to. All too rare these days! Will be back. A brilliant massage. Gemma has a particular way with her hands that brings gentle strength, backed by her invaluable experience. To be recommended to all!

I had a massage and manicure the day before my wedding. The massage was amazing and even though I asked Rhian to focus on my back rather than full body, she also focused on the backs of my legs and feet which was a nice change to other massages I’ve had. The manicure was also great and she even arranged for me to be fitted in later that day when I’d smudged three of my nails for no extra charge. The treatment rooms are located in the Voco Oxford Thames Hotel which is a peaceful and welcoming setting, it’s perfect for hotel guests. Rhian was lovely and she made me feel really relaxed.

Amazing experience at Silver Spa. My masseuse was incredible, she gave the best aroma oil massage I've ever had! It relieved the tension in my muscles and back from working in front of the computer for 12 hours. Miss Nat made sure I was comfortable at all times and worked on the areas that needed tlc. The massage room was very clean too and was fully equipped for its purpose.
