This was my first time for a cosmetics procedure. Darren put me at ease immediately in our first appointment and talked me through the various options. I then booked in for a treatment and then a review appointment. Both of which were efficient and professional. Not only does Darren deal with the cosmetic procedure aspects but also talked through skin care and I have noticed significant improvements in my skin over the past two months. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Visited Elise for microneedling; was nervous but pleasantly surprised by the painless experience. She's exceptional at tailoring treatments to your needs without upselling unnecessary products. Elise's honest assessments ensure you receive only what's best for your skin. Her skincare recommendations are spot-on, often offering more effective (and sometimes cheaper!) options. Plus, her positive attitude makes every visit enjoyable. Elise is both skilled and joy to be around.

Today I had skin pen with Dr Wells and she couldn't have made it any better. It was painless during the procedure and she talked me through all of it and the aftercare. Very professional and I would definitely recommend. Also extremely close to Tottenham Court Road Station so a very easy journey too.

I had a PRP (aka Vampire) it’s not my first and the results are truly amazing. I have a receding hairline that was treated twice before lockdown. Now the areas that were treated have hair about an inch long ... and it’s brunette and not my usual grey! Plus it’s great for the face. Don’t be scared of the injections - they take a little blood but it’s completely painless (so much better than my experiences with the nurse at my GP) there is never a bruise. Then you lay down in a beautiful relaxing room, you are slathered with numbing cream, the plasma applied and then a shoulder massage! Fab!

I love my favorite beauty salon in London! The service is amazing, and the specialists are top-notch. I’ve had hair coloring, hair removal, and facial treatments, including IPL laser for pigmentation, which worked wonders. I also got professional makeup for a special occasion and received tons of compliments! Highly recommend!
