I had reflexology and a massage by Charlene, who was not only very skilled but incredibly mindful and insightful in her work and observations. I would highly recommend her. Also, the Chelsea location is cosy and inviting and all of the Reflexions have the most comfortable reflexology chairs, guaranteed to make you doze off a bit.

Maria was great and gave me an excellent reflexology session and at the end she gave me a few minutes extra of neck and head massage. Very kind and considerate therapist and very good at her job. Felt so much better when I left.

I had never had Suraia before but she was excellent! I prefer the Bayswater branch because there is more space between the reflexology chairs, but it was still good.

The room where the reflexology is performed is really airy and has a full wall background of trees and bluebells in a forest.. Charlene is really excellent at reflexology and very caring. I fell asleep briefly during the reflexology and we had a lovely chat afterwards in a quiet corner with velvet curtains and 2 armchairs.

I had Ocean Magnesium body wrap ,was absolutely amazing felt very relaxed and warm water massaged bed something Wau!!! Thank you to Beauty Therapist Veronica very kind as always ,explained about the treatment and dekivered her professional attitude at the same time, which is resly nice.

I had the 90 minute deep tissue massage with Shazia who did a fantastic job of loosening all the knots and working on the whole body, including the head & scalp. It felt blissful and my skin felt soft and smooth with the oil massage. Loosening of the knots can feel uncomfortable at times but you can ask for less pressure if it's too much.

The massage was absolutely lovely! The customer service was even more lovely. Punctual, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable!

I always look forward to seeing Carmen whenever I am in London. In fact today, I came to see her within hours of arriving in London. Carmen is the best wax therapist that I have ever been to.
