I'd 100% recommend reflexology. It was so relaxing and I nearly fell asleep twice! My feet felt a lot better as I am standing for long periods of time due to the nature of my goods..it's also meant to be good for blood circulation and pain. I also come here for massages, had Crystal Healing and I'm going to try builder gel nails near Christmas! Get booked in for one of her fabulous treatments. You won't be disappointed :)

Me and my wife both attended for back massages, James was very friendly and professional made us both feel very welcome and relaxed. This was my first ever massage and James ensured I felt comfortable and relaxed, explained the whole process. Both left feeling relaxed, I can definitely feel a massive improvement in my lower back and shoulders. Cheers James will be back again soon 👍🏻
