Just got back and omg what a brilliant time I had definitely coming back loved everything about this treatment. Alaine is such a beautiful lady and so friendly and professional. Felt so relaxed as soon as I walked in the door. Alaine explained everything to me and spoke in such a professional manner. I am delighted that I recieved such a high quality treatment. Can’t wait for the next treatment with Alaine the half an hour drive is definitely worth it. Alaine you have made my day today keep it up :) That lovely smile of yours just says it all. Xx

I had a lovely swedish massage at OM Holistic. Alaine was really welcoming and I loved the little extra touches like choosing my own oil scent and the ginger tea and biscuit at the end! The massage itself was great, good amount of pressure and really relaxing. I slept like a baby after!

Experienced a 90 minute full body massage with Alaine. She listened to my concerns after recent knee surgery and focussed on areas I specified. It was very relaxing and will be back again in a few weeks time.

I had a fantastic neck and shoulder massage and after I was left feeling totally relaxed and refreshed with less knots and tightness in my neck and shoulders.

Wow! I’ve literally floated home from having an amazing gua sha facial. Alaine explained everything she would be using and ensured I was very relaxed. I especially loved the neck and shoulder massage and the jade combs. Her studio is stunning and is definitely set up to create a very welcoming and relaxing environment. It was a dark wet night which really added to the cosy feeling for me. I can’t recommend Alaine enough and will be booking again. Thank you Alaine x

I had the Autumn Embrace hot oil massage as I was in need of grounding and rebalancing. Alaine talked me through all of the oils, guiding me on which were best for me at this moment in time. I visited Paula at Bonitaz Serenity Spa for the first time today. I opted for the pure indulgence treatment and wow it certainly was indulgent. It included a scrub, full body massage and facial. I came out feeling amazing and so relaxed. Paula was fantastic and it certainly won’t be my last visit. Definitely 5 stars ⭐️

From start to finish I felt super relaxed. The skin workout facial was amazing and my skin feels amazingly soft and smooth afterwards. I really enjoyed the neck massage to ease the stresses of the day and I feel alot more relaxed. Alaine was lovely and totally put me at ease. I will definitely be rebooking for a facial and looking at other treatments as well. thank you so much.

I went to Alaine for a full body massage and had the best experience. The massage was so relaxing and I could feel it working in some of the more tense areas. Alaine made me feel really relaxed and I really enjoyed picking the oils for me at the start for the massage. I can highly recommend!

This was a first visit to Bonitaz, and chosen due to the location and availability. I had the leg and foot massage, which started with a foot soak and pedicure. It was very relaxing and very good pressure used on my feet. Paula is lovely and friendly. Very attentive and professional. I will definitely visit here again.

This week I decided to prioritise my needs and I treated myself to reflexology & a much needed back, shoulder & neck massage. Being a therapist myself I fully appreciate how relaxing reflexology is for the whole body, but I have to say Alaine's reflexology was the best I have ever experienced & I highly recommend. In addition the soothing and destressing massage on my back neck & shoulders was incredibly relaxing and I actually learnt a couple of techniques from Alaine that I will add to my own practice. I can only say I am absolutely gutted that I don't live in the UK but I will be back!!!

My first visit to Om Holistic and Alaine’s lovely sanctuary. I had an Ageless Grace facial, which addressed my skin concerns and smelled gorgeous. Followed by reflexology, which was so relaxing it put me to sleep! Can’t wait to return for a twilight massage soon.

I had one of the best experiences with my first holistic treatment.... From the moment I arrived, Alaine explained in detail all the information about which oils I would be using and how they would suit me! I had a relaxing back massage and a wonderful facial! The atmosphere was very peaceful and I was given all the time I needed. Alaine is extremely professional and cares about the client's wellbeing. I would definitely return and recommend her.
