Fantastic treatment! I had one of the Christmas specials: full body hot stone massage, express facial, foot massage with heated boots and a salted caramel hot chocolate topped with cream to enjoy while the heated boots did their thing. Very relaxing massage and treatment, my therapist was brilliant. 10/10 I will be back soon!

I've just had a lovely 3 hour treatment. The colonic was great, step by step I was talked through it. I finished off with an all body massage and facial. So relaxing and all the facial oils/creams smell amazing. Thank you....I'll be back!

Karen is lovely and friendly. Knowledgeable also, I found natural body cafe when I was researching for LDM massages post surgery. Not only does she know about her services and products she also knows about compression garments etc post surgery! Amazing! Love coming for my LDM massages and chats 100% recommend

Both my Swedish Massage and 3D Hydr02 Facial done by Carla was fantastic. I felt super relaxed after both treatments and she is incredibly knowledgeable and in general we had a really good chat. I would highly recommend trying out their treatments.
