I have experienced hip issues/pain for many years and have received various treatments by physio, massage and chiropractic therapists. In just two appointments with Md Shahbaz Bin Malek, I have learned more about my hip issues and have experienced greater relief than ever before. He is very professional and takes his time explaining his findings and answering my questions. His knowledge, bedside manner and abilities are excellent. I highly recommend. He has also treated me for tinnitus and my symptoms are gone.

This therapeutic work is amazing . My body is already feeling lighter and really being worked on . The tightness in my shoulders, neck and back has improved significantly over 3 sessions . Walked into the appt with a flare up in my lower back and hip that wasn't going away and an hour later walked out almost pain free and more mobility in my hips than i've had in 20 years. I'm still in shock. VERY effective treatment!! Dr Shahbaz communicated the treatment through every step. Highly recommend!

If you're looking for a deep tissue/therapeutic massage, this is the place. Great pressure, and unique but effective techniques. You can tell Mr. Malek is very passionate about it his work and it shows. He certainly goes above and beyond to ease your pains. I highly recommend Holistic Healing 4 Life!

This was an excellent experience, my massage was so relaxing! I’ve booked another massage for two weeks from now and an osteopathy appointment as well!

My husband has had now 2 massages and now tells me he should have one every week. I told him… no way.. perhaps once a month. I myself have now has a great massage, had 2 lymphatic drainage massage and have had one blood cupping done 2 days after and will have one again this Monday. It is great!! I have had a LOT of chemo and radiation treatments and find this a perfect wat to get those toxins out to improve my energy but also my memory. Thank you for your hard work Shahbaz.
