Absolutely fantastic. We recently visited on 2 separate occasions for 2 different treatments. Rejuvenating experience both times. Symon/chris were both accommodating, compassionate, attentive and helpful. Facilities are clean and accessible. Would highly recommend.

Great experience, very knowledgeable and helpful. Listens to my needs and advises accordingly. I’ve now set up a plan so I can be consistent with getting my treatments to optimise their benefits. Consistency is key.

What an amazing experience! Felt the benefits straight away. I’m a Cryotherapist specialising in cold water immersion and have been looking for a place to test out a Cryo Chamber for a while. I felt a massive difference between cold water immersion and the dry ice chamber; it located weak areas of my body ie. my knees activating a healing process that I could actually feel! Was a very informative process. Definitely recommend! I will be back. Thanks.

Dan is amazing. There is no such thing as a standard Masage with Dan. It’s totally tailored to the individual and where the body issues are. His knowledge of human anatomy is amazing and he works the areas that are the problem. Guess I will be back next week! 🥺😂
