I’ve finally managed to use my birthday voucher for a relaxing back, neck & shoulder massage followed by an age defence facial with Rachel. I’m looking forward to feeling rejuvenated and feeling so much better. Am following advice on rest and plenty of water to drink. So many thanks again xx

This was so much more than a facial: it felt like a facial, Indian head massage, and back and shoulder massage all rolled into one, all bookended by Rachel's characteristic kindness, laughter, and emotional support. She really is the best! Thank you for a facial and so much more at a busy time of year. I have been floating on air ever since.
