Ruby was very welcoming and took time to understand me and the areas of my body I thought needed focus on during my massage. I just love the girls at ugly bettys. They are all so friendly, welcoming and amazing at what they do. Today I had reflexology and a hot stone massage from Chloe - I left there feeling super relaxed and like I was walking on air. I also had acrylic nail infills with Hailey who always does brilliant nail art for me which gets compliments from many people I meet.

Second visit with ruby and can’t compliment her enough , always a worry that the second time won’t be as good as the first but if anything it was better. Anyone who likes a massage should visit ruby.

I can honestly say this was one if not the best massage experience I have ever had . Ruby is friendly ,professional and super good at her job . Would highly recommend the deep tissue massage.
