Patrick is an incredibly caring, attentive and knowledgeable massage therapist who explains every step of the way what's about to happen in your treatment. Due to working a desk-based role and frequently experiencing tension in my upper back and shoulders, I decided book a massage at the Elements Bodywork studio. As someone who hasn't really had massage before, I felt wholly supported and comfortable -there were moments when I felt so at peace, I could have fallen asleep! I left feeling relaxed, more in tune with my body and I am already looking forward to returning for another session.

Absolutely amazing! I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and Toni was extremely attentive to my needs, tailoring my massage perfectly. I cam out feeling so relaxed and refreshed. The room is lovely and comforting and the products used felt very luxurious. Highly recommend!

Patrick took his time to listen to me explain why I was visiting. He explained what he thought would help today and some changes and exercises at home. The massage was very very relaxing and I left the room feeling taller. Thankyou again
