I had my first Feminine Bodywork session with Adelle and it was truly transformative. I didn’t realise how much tension and emotion I was holding onto all over my body until we started. Adelle guided me through the entire process, working on areas I didn’t even know needed attention and by the end of the session I walked out feeling so much lighter and relaxed. Highly recommend ❤️
