Amazing upper body massage today by Gemma, I knew the focus would need to be my shoulders, but not even i realised just how bad they were! Thankfully, Gemma worked her magic, even adding in some cupping (after explaining what it was and why it would hopefully be beneficial to me, and gaining my consent). I'm excited to see how it feels in a couple days when full benefits should be showing, and will be booking again soon! I know there are no quick fixes, but little bits each time with someone wanting to help is a huge bonus! Thank you!!

What a beautiful hot stone massage with Nicola. Nicola listened to my needs & at the end of an hours focused massage I felt much of the tension in my neck & shoulders had been eased. The treatment room is lovely & peaceful facilitating relaxation further. I would thoroughly recommend & will definitely re-book.

Every appointment I’ve had has been consistently amazing, Nicola is a complete pro and makes me feel really relaxed and comfortable throughout the treatments. I usually go for the indian head massage which I love but today I decided to add on a facial as well and it was 2 of the most peaceful hours i’ve had in ages…and she brought a lovely glow back to my skin! I wish my bank balance would allow me to come every week!
