Annette was absolutely lovely! Made me feel so comfortable and explained each step clearly. I booked in for a hand massage, cupping facial and a scalp massage. I felt so relaxed and at ease, I especially loved the cupping facial which I’d not experienced before! My skin feels so rejuvenated and I’d definitely book in again.

I went to see Lily (Osteopath) to help with my shoulder and neck pain. At my first appointment I instantly felt at ease. Lily is friendly, patient and professional with a vast amount of knowledge and expertise, explaining exactly what she is doing through each session. She was able to relieve the pain and tension in a series of sessions. I would absolutely recommend Lily!!

Lily was excellent, so knowledgeable, professional and friendly! The art of listening is rarely mastered but Lily was very good at making me feel at ease whilst asking pertinent questions. All treatments were fully explained and helped hugely. The reception and treatment room was spotlessly clean and all COVID precautions fully carried out to ensure that this appointment was safe and comfortable. I highly recommend Lily and Inspiring Health and will be going back.
