Rachael from Core Therapies has been making home visits to provide reflexology sessions to my mum, who was suffering with terribly swollen legs and ankles. After just 5 sessions we can all see a noticeable improvement, the swelling has gone down, my mother can wear normal shoes and is able to walk again without any obvious discomfort. My mum also suffers with dementia, so can sometimes be a tad difficult with the people around her, but Rachael always showed kindness and patience.

Andrea was recommended by a friend over a year ago now and my wife and I have used her several times. Andrea gets the pressure just right, makes sure you're always comfortable and is always so friendly and welcoming. The setting is relaxing too. Wouldn't go anywhere else now for a massage or reflexology. Highly recommend.

My whole body feels refreshed and relaxed after a reflexology session with Andrea. And my feet and ankles have never felt so good and flexible! Highly recommend… Andrea has the ability to see you as a whole entity, and I always feel amazing after any treatments with her.

I have seen three different therapists now and I can say that everyone has been extremely professional and friendly. Today l had reflexology with Rachael who took time to explain how lymph drainage reflexology worked and that I would initially need to visit on a weekly basis for 4/6 weeks. Unfortunately I could not commit to this due to other commitments but l still had the process done together with reflexology to see how l got on. We discussed other treatments while l was there and I look forward to my next visit.

This was a treat for my husband, he really enjoyed his massage and reflexology and came out feeling very relaxed. He found the staff very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable and would recommend core therapies.
