30 minute reflexology treatment with Francesca which I always enjoy, as a regular client. Followed by a hot stone body massage.’Rachel always hits the problems that need working on . She is so calm and an excellent therapist. I love coming here . Warm welcome from Shanie . I have to be honest that after spending £100 on treatments it was disappointing to be hearing maintenance men drilling and hammering throughout my 90 minutes , in the spirit leisure club right next to the treatment room .

Anjana was amazing and made me feel so comfortable. The Thai Foot Reflexology treatment was so relaxing, I would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

Loved my facial and reflexology and the yurt in the garden but not so enamoured with pool facilities a bit run down and so felt dirty ……

I had an excellent exfoliation, and hydration tailored to my skin type. I appreciate the attention to detail and the use of high-quality products, which left my skin feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Wendy also provided valuable advice on aftercare and maintaining a skincare routine. Thanks a lot!!

Lovely, friendly therapists. They carried out a relaxing reflexology for me and a holistic facial for my daughter and in a shared treatment room. The music was very soothing and the lighting was dim. It was very peaceful indeed.

I enjoyed the experience. I haven’t had reflexology for a long time and it has persuaded me to have treatments more often.

Previously been before . The team are very welcoming and this time I had the full body massage with Rachel . The massage bed was very warm and spotlessly clean. My massage incorporated reflexology , shoulder back neck and leg massage. Usually I talk all the way through but I felt so relaxed and in good hands that I just zoned out . I would thoroughly recommend this spa and they are very lucky to have Rachel.

My feet have never looked so good, Wendy does such a good job.
