On arrival at the riverside rooms, I was taken into a word of love and calmness. It's like a gemstone, a different world. Going into the treatment room full of beautiful music, incense burning and the sound of the wildlife outside it was a lovely atmosphere and I was having reflexology done, it was like being in a mother's womb. I went to Carole with a terrible shoulder ache ( muscle and tendon tear) as a supplementary therapy along with my physio sessions. Carole did a session of reflexology and holistic massage for me. I have come back feeling so much better after her sessions and have been able to sleep without pain. Absolutely love the atmosphere at Touching lives and the positive energy. Thank you Carole.

It’s been a while since I have visited Carole- Touching Lives for a treatment but I’ve been to quite a few spa days and places where I’ve had hotel treatments over the months. None of them compare to Carole’s treatments. I used the word “magical” last night. My body literally tingled all over, where I was in a state of peace the whole time. I had reflexology followed by a face massage. From top to toe, it was blissful. It was like being on cloud nine for the evening.

My first visit to Carol was nothing short of exceptional, I immediately felt comfortable around her and she was so kind to show my inquisitive mind around her beautiful garden. As a first timer of reflexology, I can’t recommend it enough, it was so relaxing and just what I needed. I will be back soon and hope to try some different treatments in the future. Thank you!

No words will explain how grateful we are for making our dreams come true, we truly believe without you we wouldn’t be where we are now. I tried to conceive for 3yrs with no luck and I was giving up hope and feeling really low in myself. I had 2 sessions of the most amazing reflexology, which lifted my mood and made me have hope again… not just the reflexology but the chats and the support and positive energy from carole gave me a new lease for life, no positive pregnancy tests for 3years I am now 14-15 weeks pregnant and hand on heart we could not have done this with out Carole by our sides.

I think Carole is one of the kindest, most calming people I've ever met. She gave me an amazing massage and reflexology. The smells of the aromatherapy oil and music calmed me right down (after a car accident!) As she did her magic on my tense back and feet. Truly a wonderful experience.

I have been coming for both deep tissue massage and reflexology (both with a holistic approach) for nearly a year now. The massage not only helps with pain in my neck and shoulders but I also leave there feeling more calm and feel rejuvenated and with a different energy than when I went in. Carole is always so welcoming and the treatments always feel personal to how you are feeling on the day and you really feel welcomed and cherished. The garden and cabin are also so warm and relaxing and beautifully decorated.
