As usual Lisa was absolutely brilliant and has gone above and beyond with her customer service. My usual shellac colour has been discontinued so Lisa has spent time researching an alternative that’s as close as it can be. I had am amazing massage session followed by a reflexology session. The staff is friendly and easily approachable. We had discussion about my needs and the parts I wanted the session to be focused on. This was not a "one fits all" type of massage. I was told step by step what the session will be like and it was tailored after my needs and wants. As well as discussion about how much pressure I believe I would like. The room temperature was great and there is relaxing music playing in the background. Will recommend 100% and definitely will visit again. I found the prices as fair.

Highly recommend reflexology with Sam. She was amazing, gentle, intuitive and all round fantastic. Will definitely be go back again. Thank you Sam.

I’m really glad to be able to continue being her client, now that she has begun her own independent beauty salon, with a wonderfully calming and welcoming atmosphere.
