My 13 year old was complaining of a blocked ear. Instead of waiting for a doctors appointment and several months for ear syringing, I booked her a 15 minute ear microsuction session the next day and I'm so pleased I did! Her ear was full of wax. Ben handled her nerves very well and did a thorough and professional job as always. Thanks Black Ivy, full marks again.

Brow lamination- fabulous job by Emma, she’s just great!

Amazing master. eyebrow lamination. My eyebrows are very thin, the master tried it and saw that there was no result. He didn't charge me money, even though he worked for about an hour. He recommended the tools to use and invited me to come back in 8 weeks

I've just had my 1st treatment with Emma at Black Ivy Swanley. I had filler under some scar tissue which had caused a deep crease on my eyebrow Everything was explained in detail before and during the procedure. Emma's attention to detail was excellent. The crease in my eyelid is now gone after years of it bugging me. Thank you. The after care information was good. I would highly recommend Emma and Black Ivy in Swanley Kent.
