Reiki is an ancient  Therapy originating from
Tibet & was rediscovered in the early 20th 
Century by Dr Mikao Usui from Japan.

Treatment is 30 Minutes 
Staying fully clothed , you will  be asked to lie 
down under a blanket & close your eyes.
I will then work with the reiki energy & either 
gently place my hands in contact or just above 
the body, a feeling of warm/ cool energy is felt 
around you. A truly wonderful experience

Ear candling is gentle, deeply relaxing 
& non -invasive .
Ear candles can help with Ear , 
Nose & Throat conditions .
The Ear candles are hollow tubes made
of cotton . 
The candle is gently inserted into the 
outer ear .When lit acts like a 
chimney, causing the warm air inside it to 
rise creating a vacuum at the bottom.
This vacuum gently stimulates the ear, 
and the burning of the candle helps to equalise
pressure and may ease any ear conditions .
