Conveniently situated off Holderness Road, regular bus route and plenty of free parking. Lesley runs a range of group yoga classes. Mondays is a gentle class, Wednesday we have chair based yoga, a full Hatha yoga class and an evening Wellbeing class which combines yoga with other holistic therapies.  One Saturday a month we host a more in-depth look at yoga.  Look out for our regular timetable of workshops too. Lesley also has a private treatment room for Sound healing, massage, Reiki and one to one yoga.

The Yoga class is fantastic.  Lesley makes sure every element is doable whatever your ability and the sound bath is amazing with a wide variety of instruments from singing bowls to the gong - very relaxing.

I arrived feeling quite at odds with the world but within minutes was relaxed and in the zone. A beautiful class, very restorative and I left feeling totally different.  Thankyou.

 I am no longer able to supply equipment.  Suitable for all ages and abilities. This class focuses on slow movements, with a Mindful awareness of the breath. We also look at traditional yoga poses, making adaptations as needed.

 I am sadly  no longer able to supply equipment. This is a traditional Hatha yoga class, with exploration of the yoga poses (Asana), breathing practices (Pranayama), Meditation and relaxation. I teach with the health benefits in mind, rather than acrobatic postures. Wear comfortable clothing, and bring layers as you will cool off in the relaxation session.

Aimed at anyone who is uncomfortable to lie on the floor in a general yoga class, this session covers movement, mind exercises, breathing development, and relaxation. The whole class can be taken in a chair, or, if able, we can progress to some standing work too.

Join Cosmo and Lesley for this one day workshop.  'Invitation to Shavasana’ is a perfect way to describe this gentle massage sequence, because we are literally inviting the body into alignment and into Shavasana, through a soft but deep compression massage from a caring and precise touch.

Join me for an afternoon of contemplating the physical and energetic changes of autumn.  We will focus on what we want to let go of, like leaves falling from the trees, and also what we want to harvest and nurture as we go forward.  No experience is needed. I will provide: handouts, hot drinks, wonderful healing aromas, some meditation practices, and hold space for you to apply healing Reiki to help to bring ourselves to harmony, boost our immunity, lower levels of sadness, anxiety or overwhelm. I'll also offer us a snuggly autumnal Sound Healing to close the session.
You will need: Warm and comfortable clothing that you can relax in. Your yoga mat, cushion and blanket.
A brand new candle that appeals to you as a symbol of bringing your intentions into the light. Your journal, pen, reading glasses.  Maybe this is the time to begin a new journal. If you have the time before our session, carve out a small pumpkin.  Do it with intention and mindfulness.  Bring it to the session with you.

Join us in this gentle session where we will bring awareness to the 7 main chakras (energy centres) using a combination of gentle movements, breathing techniques, visualisations and sound healing with Tibetan singing bowls, Crystalline Singing bowls, tongue drum, koshi chimes and the beautiful Earth Gong.

7 chakra relaxation and sound bath 

Working up the energetic system of chakras, the 3rd eye space is all about our inner wisdom.  The voice inside that 'just knows' when something is right or wrong. Often, we can get switched off from our own intuition as we are influenced by the opinion of others, as well as the media. Take an hour out for yourself to re-connect with your true self.  A short yoga session, suitable for all, guided imagery and a deep relaxation experience as the sound waves from our sacred instruments help to create a feeling of inner peace - our natural state! 

Third eye chakra Sound Bath. 

The throat centre is our centre of communication - listening effectively to our inner voice, hearing what others are trying to convey to us, speaking our own truth. This session will involve a very short yoga session, chanting to connect us to the throat chakra and our own sound vibration.  Then be guided into a deep relaxation as the beautiful sounds of our Earth gong, bowls and chimes do their magic!
