I do want to clarify that hybrid lash sets typically require a minimum of 2.5 hours to achieve the desired look. During your appointment, I noticed you were pressed for time and requested the service to be completed in about 1.5 hours. While I did my best to accommodate this, the reduced time may have impacted the fullness of your set.

I truly value your experience and satisfaction, so I’d be happy to offer you a complimentary touch-up session where we can add more volume and achieve the look you were expecting. Please don’t hesitate to reach out so we can schedule this at a time that works for you.

Very welcoming and friendly lady. Great customer service but I am not impressed with my lashes. My lashes was not hybrid. I feel like I got classic set instead of the hybrid I paid for. It was really scanty. I mean we spent standard 2 hours at least and it was still very scanty. I’ve done hybrid lashes at least 3 times and the difference was clear. I could send videos of the hybrid I’ve done in the past. I’m not very happy with it. I feel like I paid for classic. There are loads of empty scanty spaces. I wouldn’t complain if I paid for classic cause this is perfect for classic lashes. 

Hybrids are a beautiful combination of volume and Classic lashes, giving off a glamorous, yet natural look. Ideal for daily wear. This is suitable for clients who wants the simplicity of classics, but at the same time the fullness of volume.

Hybrids lashes - Full Set

Avoid ruining your natural lashes by booking a lash removal. This is done by applying a remover that breaks down the glue on your lashes, revealing healthy and undamaged natural lashes.

Classic lashes are natural looking beautiful set of lashes. They are applied using the 1:1 method which is 1 lash extension on 1 natural lash. These can also be made to have a dramatic effect depending on the volume of natural lashes and the length of the lash extension

New clients are required to book a patch test 48 hrs before their appointment. 
Existing clients will need a new patch test if they haven't booked an appointment in 6 months

The longevity of your lash extensions depends on how you care for them, we recommend our After care kit, which contains a safe to use Lash shampoo, cleaning brush, spoolie and an aftercare card
