45 -minute massage was just what I needed today.  It was nice to get relief and feel ready to take care of my evening's commitments without feeling groggy.

Using a combination of multiple modalities, this bodywork session is designed to help you work through pain, tension discomfort chronic pain holding patterns.  Though not intended to be a typical relaxation session, relaxing elements will be incorporated to help your nervous system to ease and allowing the muscles to soften.  

NMT Therapeutic Bodywork/Massage

Pregnancy/Prenatal Massage therapy to assist your wellness and you grow with your baby.  Traci uses multiple modalities to assist with relaxation, pain and tension.  She is trained and certified in pre and post pregnancy.   This is side lying.   The "face down" cushion is not ideal for this session. 

Pregnancy Massage for tension and pain relief 

Similar to adult Neuromuscular massage and bodywork but gentler and with pediatric anatomy and physiology in mind.  Generally used for preteens and teens in athletics and for those with autoimmune and issues such as scoliosis, etc.  Parents are required to sign a waiver and stay with the child at all times.
