Great experience for both of us. Welcomed by the staff member who explained everything to us. The sauna room is very private and lovely decor. We braved the ice bath which was a great way to end the experience. We will be back!

Rather than using steam or the traditional box of hot rocks, our sauna heaters use infrared spectrums to promote relaxation and other health benefits. In an infrared sauna, the air temperature is less important than the quality of the infrared heat. As your body absorbs the infrared heat, this will increase your core temperature to induce a deep and relaxing sweat. Using your infrared sauna at lower temperatures means you can stay in longer and get more benefits.
