Please provide 24 hours' notice for rescheduling or cancellations; otherwise, a £10 fee will apply, and future bookings will be paused until settled. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late will incur a £5 fee, and if you’re over 20 minutes late, your appointment may need to be simplified or rescheduled. Infills after 4 weeks may also incur additional charges. Thank you!
