- HOW DOES METAMORPHIC TECHNIQUE WORK: It involves a gentle, non-invasive light touch to specific areas of the feet, hands, and head, focusing on the area of the spinal, conception, and birth reflex points. This therapy can be done while sitting comfortably in a chair or laying down. - WHO IS IT SUITABLE FOR: Metamorphic Technique is suitable for everyone, regardless of age, health status or stage of life. No detailed medical history is needed, and individuals can choose to talk or remain quiet during a session. Sessions are an hour long and this includes 15min integration time after.
