Moksha Wellbeing is a Leeds based platform founded by Creatress Baljinder Bharaj. ‘Moksha’ in Sanskrit means be free, let go, release & liberate.Moksha Wellbeing currently offers 1:1 Sound healing sessions and 1:1 Sacred Voice empowerment ceremonies.My aim is to create a safe and nurturing space that enhances: positivity, healing, wellbeing, self-expression, freedom and inspires individuality. Please note an initial appointment must be made for both the 1:1 Sound Healing and 1:1 Sacred Voice Empowerment Ceremony. These are priced at £70 for 1 hour 3Omin ( which includes a consultation).

1:1 Sound healing sessions are bespoke and tailored to each clients needs. A session involves using instruments with specific vibrations to bring healing, balance and health back to the mind, body and spirit. A Tibetan singing bowl, chimes, tuning folk and a quartz crystal singing pyramid, and bowls are some tools that are used to aid in the healing process. Sound healing aids with anxiety, insomnia, lowers blood pressure, improving circulation and reducing respiratory rates plus much more. Prior to your session starting,  I will conduct an initial assessment to discuss areas of focus. Your then invited to lay (fully clothed on a therapy bed), whilst I work with each instrument around your body and aura. With some instruments, I will directly apply them on to your chakra points and body so the vibration can be further absorbed. Some of the sensations a person can feel from a session range from deep relaxation, inner peace, pain relief, feeling energised plus much more.

1:1 Sacred Voice Empowerment ceremonies are bespoke sessions tailored to each clients needs.  Do you long to re-connect with your Divine feminine Voice? Do you feel repressed, stagnation in your body? Do you feel a tightness in your throat or find it difficult to speak your truth?  Voice empowerment ceremonies are aimed to open up the channel of your voice, release trapped emotions, strengthen speaking and confidence in a powerful but gentle way.Using a range of bespoke sacred instruments such as; crystal singing bowls, sistrum, chimes, my sacred voice, your sacred voice, drum and more, I will guide you to transmute and transform all the no longer serves you through activating you authentic feminine voice with sound, visualisation, breath work/singing techniques and tone. At all times, I will be your guide towards a more empowered, healthier, happier and balanced you in voice and mind, body.spirit. 

No prior singing/vocal experience needed to receive this healing or take part.
