The P/T sessions are great as during the P/T session I am pushed to my limit with the weight measurement and the number of repetitions undertaken, e.g. 40 kg weight x 20 repeats x 3.  My body is so much stronger and bone density has increased! Thank you Natural Strength!  Wendy

I really enjoy the pt session and being pushed to my limits with weights during the workout.  I also enjoy Joe passing on of his knowledge and giving tips so I can get the most out of my sessions.
