Thai massage is a type of full body massage that uses a mixture of deep tissue pressure, muscle and joint stretching, and gentle adjustments of the body into yoga-like poses. It's a technique that has been around for thousands of years and is one of the most common forms of alternative medicine in Thailand. Thai Aroma Massage combines the traditional Thai massage and stretches with the Western style Swedish massage. It is performed on a massage bed using pre-blended Thai Aromatherapy oils giving a unique massage experience.
