Dermaplaning is a minimally invasive procedure which involves removing the top layer of dead skin cells and vellus hair (peach fuzz) from the face. It is performed using a sterile blade that is gently scraped across the skin surface at a 45 degree angle. Chemical peels are quite simply applying a chemical solution to the skin. This removes the top layer (exfoliating). All products used in this process are professional grade to allow for the optimum results.

Current chemical peels supplied at SA Holistics are the GLOW Chemical Peel, this is a mild superficial Glycolic acid and Mandelic acid peel.  This stimulates cell renewal, inhibits melanin synthesis, brightens the skin, evens out discolouration and is safe to use on all skin types.
