The Little Retreat is a beauty therapy, massage and wellness cabin, tucked away in a snug of our peaceful garden in Epsom. A home from home, the cabin provides a relaxing environment for clients to enjoy a variety of treatments, such as swedish body massage, cleansing facials, luxury manicures & pedicures, waxing and lash & brow treatments.

Want to relax and unwind but also need to give your skin some love? Our luxury facial includes a cleanse, tone, face & scalp massage, mask and moisturise.

This facial focuses on cleansing the mind as well as your skin. The use of a traditional Chinese Gua Sha tool during the face & scalp massage involves running a fine smooth-edged scraper along the contours of the face and helps relieve tension in the muscles, boost blood circulation, and encourage lymphatic drainage.

The Ultimate with LED is 90 minutes of heaven, for you and your skin. This facial includes all the benefits of The Sculpt and Glow facial, combining lymphatic drainage massage and sculpting techniques, plus we elevate by introducing LED phototherapy.

A typical treatment is adapted to your individual skin requirements and will usually consist of cleansing, toning, exfoliation, mask application and moisturiser. The cleansing facial focuses on rehydrating the skin leaving you with tighter, smoother, healthier skin.

It can be used to treat a number of common skin conditions including acne, eczema, dermatitis, signs of aging, rosacea and psoriasis.

You can book a single session or a set of sessions (if booking multiple sessions, please book in a single session then I will contact you to book in the remaining dates). Each session includes a double cleanse, foot & leg massage, 30 minutes under the light and finishing products. Plan details:
- 6 week plan consists of twice weekly sessions for 3 weeks. Maintenance treatments can be done every 4 weeks (once finished)
- 12 week plan consists of twice weekly sessions for 4 weeks followed by once per week for 4 weeks. Maintenance treatments can be done every 4 weeks (once finished)

Back, neck & shoulder massage

Often, tensions are held in our head and neck. This massage is the ultimate stress reliever focusing on relaxing the mind and encouraging circulation. A range of techniques are used including gua sha, an alternative Chinese tool promoting lymphatic drainage as well as many other health benefits.

Head, neck & shoulder massage

This popular massage not only directly stimulates the muscles that are massaged but also gives a positive effect on the whole body. Unwind whilst knowing you're improving circulation, reducing tension and easing aches and pains.

Foot & leg massage

This indulgent treatment begins with an exfoliating back scrub to remove dead skin cells, leaving the skin cleansed, refreshed and brighter. The scrub is then removed with hot towels and a soothing back massage follows, releasing stress and tension with aromatic oils for the ultimate back treatment.

Massage during pregnancy is a wonderful way to reduce stress, tension and promote relaxation through this special time. It can relive many of the normal physical discomforts experienced throughout pregnancy such as backache, stiffness, leg cramps, swelling as well as help with the emotional and hormonal changes that the body goes through.
