I hate doing this but have to be honest my relaxing experience was spoilt rather by the environment. The place needs a good clean and tidy. 

This is the first time for my mum she was skeptical about it as she has a very complicated history of health problems it was beneficial and she walked out instead of limping hoping that she continues to benefit from the treatment and Richard was really good with her ;)
