In response to the cold temperature blood rich in oxygen and nutrients are re-routed throughout your body, decreasing pain & inflammation and improving your skin complexion.

Before you enter the cryotherapy chamber you will be provided with protective clothing to wear during your treatment including, an ear protection headband, face mask, shorts, top (women only), knee length socks, slippers and gloves.

You’ll be asked to remove your shoes, jackets, watches and jewellery prior to your float. A bag will be provided to store your items.

If you have dyed your hair using a box home hair colour kit, wait at least two 2 weeks before booking a float. 

It is advised to not shave within 12 hours of your float

Do not consume any alcohol at least 2 hours prior to your float 

Try to avoid caffeine and other simulates the day of the float for a more effective float experience.
