Situated in a Courtyard Sanctuary right off Main St. in the busy town of Midleton, Co. Cork.

It is the long term dream Project of one of our therapists and Manager Aisling Fraser to create a Luxury Day Spa combining all of Earths Elements , stimulating all of your senses, allowing you to be nurtured and restored. The ideal accompaniment to helping you find a way forward. This is our Big Gun treatment to effect a dramatic positive change in your life.
Combination of REIKI, INTUITIVE BODYWORK, VARIOUS MASSAGE STYLES, REFLEXOLOGY and AROMATHERAPY. You will work hand in hand with your therapist to find what your body and souls needs on the day. We recommend a course of these treatments as they will bring up emotional, physical release and self inquiry. Your therapist will also assist you to find a meditative home practice for your self care.
