My view of Osteopathy is a whole body, holistic approach. Being caring, empathetic and detailed, I assess how your Body has adapted and reacted to its environment and lifestyle. I take my time to not only understand your physical traumas but also how your stress, mentality and perception of your body can influence your symptoms. I employ a range of therapeutic techniques to address your needs, including acupuncture, cupping therapy, lymphatic drainage, and massage. In addition, I provide personalised exercises designed to enhance your overall rehabilitation experience.
