Upon finishing my career as a professional commercial dancer/model it felt only natural to stay in the wellness industry. I offer 1 to 1 or 2 to 1 Personal Training sessions in our fully equipped, private gym based in the heart of Mapplewell village, South Yorkshire. Sessions include ongoing nutritional support and programs tailored just for you to also do at home or in the gym. 
I also offer Sports Massage Therapy and Beauty Therapy services. With over 20 years experience in the industry I am passionate about helping people become and feel the best version of themselves, inside and out.

A personalised service which can go through anything you wish nutrition wise. We can go through how to work out your daily Macros properly, how to manage them, how many daily calories you should be looking to take in dependant on your goals and at what percentages. This service can be tailored to any particular need or questions you have relating to food and your physical activity. I also cover any personal questions you may have regarding what types of foods you should eat and at what intervals. Ask away and all your nutrition struggles will soon seem super simple to achieve.
